I ordered a Lehanga Choli worth Rs. 1370/-. I paid by paytm total Rs, 1460 which includes delivery charges. When I opened the packet instead of Lehanga Choli they have sent inferior quality wrong gown. I need my refund. Sent the email at designerslehenga.com@gmail.com.
When I scanned the code to pay by Paytm, for a millisecond, I guess I saw Flipkart and then Ekart. I paid to EKart. UPI ID: EKART@ybl on Phonepe.

Exactly same has happened in my case too and delivery date was yesterday. I had ordered navratri ghagra choli on https://designerslehenga.com/ and received some cheap oversized gown. Same case about Flipkart, ecart, etc. I’ve sent them email about returning, haven’t received any response. Will raise a complaint separately but wanted to comment here as well and make people aware of this.
