Text of Complaint by Venkata Sudarsan:

I ordered a product DJI OM 5-Handheld 3-Axis in brandmart.in on 22-07-2022 and they delivered through Shiprocket Delhivery agent guy +917738206609
On 08-08-2022. I paid 1499 money. Instead of my product they delivered a dead watch which is not working . I want my product or i want my money back.

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
