Dear Sir,
Ref: Order No. T7798, dated 06/07/2020
I saw a business ad. on Facebook for a fashion/clothing site called TLM (THE LUCKY MEN), which looked genuine with products at a reasonable price. Placed an order as above for Rs 784 and paid thru credit card. Got an immediate email confirming the order. However when I wanted to get in touch with then after 5 days to know the delivery status I found they had no address and no phone number only an email address theluckymencm@gmail.com. Wrote to them 3 times but there is no reply. Went to their Facebook site and only found complaints of fraud and non-delivery of products.
I feel cheated now and would request your help and intervention in this matter.
