Hi Everyone My name is Bhishma and I ordered a combo of Noise watch and earbuds on 16Decembar’19 on COD in which I received a fake branded two normal hand wrist watch which cost appx.Rs.100/-each in market. This company took order and even gave confirmation on mail and on call. Please help me to refund my money

This is regarding my high concern for the wrong item which have been sent against my order number – #40798 from Watchmart.in . ( NOISE SHOTS EARBUDS AND WATCH COMBO )
I am highly furious with the services you guys provided for my first order from you.
Whatever you have done is not justified at all, you have cheated a customer and I can go an file an FIR against you under the consumer court if my case is not taken up seriously.
It was cash on delivery also, if you can’t sent me the product, your team can get back to me and I want the entire cash in my bank account.
