Hi,
This is to bring to your attention the fraudulent practices of Mr. Vivek Sharma Attarey through this business VAS sports and tenexe.com.
#1. He has fraudulently denying delivery of the ordered product Walther LG400
#2. He sent a wrong product (ordered a 300 bar cylinder) received a 200 bar. Upon bringing this to his notice, no action was taken.
#3. Illegally in possession of my personal documents.
I am an aspiring shooter and to participate in competitions I had ordered an Walther LG400 rifle from tenexe.com. The quoted price was low compared to others.
Before placing the order, I had read the buying rules** and to get clarity I had shared with him my shooter ID card and clearly asked him, if it qualifies to order the weapon. To which he said yes.
The order was placed on Feb 2019, and still hasn’t delivered it.
I have collected proofs that show it is not the first time Vivek has done this.
Being an advocate he is trying to take advantage of the situation.
Request you to take immediate action, and help me get my money back, close the website and put Vivek in jail.

Tenexe Sports Cheating – Attention Airgun Shooters – This is for the information for 10m Airgun Sport Shooters.
I have booked pellets from Tenexe.com website and paid money online money. It was the time of Ahmadabad Pre National and was eagerly waiting for the Pellets. Days passed there is no consignment coming. Called the Owner Vivek Atrey, he spoke and assured me that it is one the way. However, as there was no movement, I doubted, as expected Vivek Atrey started dodging my calls and ultimately blocked me. There was no reply over mail.
I have sent my acquaintance to his shop, but he started acting and pleading as a pauper, he is a shameless cheater with intention to defraud shooters from distant geographical areas who cannot approach his shop in UP and are obliged to do online payment.
Shooter, till date there is no refund nor the product.
It is clear that he doing this intentionally to reap illegal benefit from online payers.
Beware, don’t do any do any purchases from tenexe.com, he is a cheater and shameless. You will repent.
