On May 6th, I did some shopping on Myntra for Rs.3642, which was being paid by paytm postpaid, but my payment postpaid was deducted from paytm postpaid and my order could not be placed. When I talked to the customer care, Now tell the customer between whom should we go. Ask them from them or ask them from Myntra person or ask them from Paytm. This is what both of us are doing nowadays. I have a transaction of 6th June and till now my refund is not received and neither of them is ready to give proper answer. Tell what the customer can do now? I don’t even have a call number to talk to on call. Just talk it on chat. They don’t even have a number to call. When talking to myntra customer care he said that no your paytm post poly will refund and when talking to the person at paytm post he said no your refund will go from myntra side. Tare man, tell me that the money is gone, is either one of them doing fraud with me?And I just got a message from Myntra that it has been defended from my side. Now your paytm postpaid will refund, but till now my refund is not received.
