Sir,
With reference to the above subject, myself Surender Singh Negi, Resident of B-1/63, Sector18, Rohini, Delhi-110089 placed an order of BT 3211/15 Corded and Cordless Rechargeable Beard Trimmer from https://humvyappar.com website on 17.08.2020, payment done on same day by SBI Debit Card, Amount for Rs 1223/- for which I have received order confirmation mail on the same day. Details attached below. However, when I contacted the company at their Hotline No. 91-8608254289 the same has been found to be switched off, even company is not replying on email (support@humvyapaar.com) also. Further, when I searched on internet I found that a lot of consumers are cheated by this fraud company who have similar complaints of not receiving any products the company. Now, I want to cancel my booking but there is no cancellation facility available in the website to claim refunds from the company.
Kindly do investigation in this case against this website which looks fraud and have no customer service and help me to refund my Rs. 1223/-.
