Text of Complaint by Amber Kumar:

I placed an order on 22nd July 2022 for 12 packets of vermicelli worth Rs. 384. I have the order number with me & the email they sent to me. But now I cannot track the order. They don’t pick the call & don’t even reply on e-mail or whatsapp.
I have logged in from the same e-mail ID on their website but my order doesn’t appear there.
