Ordered from pegred.myshopify.com and the site went unavailable. When reached out to customer care, at 7321003442, they denied to process the order and when asked for a refund, they suggest installing totally irrelevant app, and says the money will be refunded into the app, and I can transfer from the app. First of all, there was no communication, when the site has been removed. And now not refunding to the source directly. The app they want me to install asks for permission to almost everything. It even wants me permission to Aadhar card and documents in Aadhar card.
