I had made a purchase from vendor Sharmatreders through Shopify on 11th March 2022. But three days after placing the order, i found that the merchant page was unavailable. I had made the payment through UPI (Transaction ID: 207065347574) and transaction number 14838830211 for Rs. 1089 done for Chandresh Jamanbhai Kikani. I have the screenshot where it said that my order has been confirmed and i will be intimated when it is ready to be shipped, but on 15th march I couldn’t find the vendor on Shopify page. I raise the complaint to Shopify, but I have received no resolution so far.

Yesterday (6th April 2022), I found that the same items I had ordered for are again available on Shopify with the same discount offers, but under a different merchant name. I believe this is the same group who are conning people using Shopify platform, who are not performing any background check for the vendors.
