Text of Complaint by Sital mishra:
Yesterday I ordered a speria x2 phone from book my phone website and today I cancel my order and want to refund my money then I call the customer care number for several times and used to mail them but they don't receive then I received a call from them and the person asked me for my bank details but I refused him then he forced me and said that it is necessary and then he debited 700 rs from my card and don't refund any money to me and I called them several times but they used to say that it will be refund within 24hours but now they switch off their phone.
