These people gave a phone call to me and asked me to do their work which was about doing data entry for 600 resumes. they did not tell about the penalty charges and they only said that if you will not complete our work till the given time you won’t be getting your payment(salary) but they did not mention about the penalty charges of INR 5900 for it..when I was going through the agreement and was on phone call with their employ she told me to juct click on the “next” button and write your name in the signature box and so I remained unawre about its unjust terms and conditions..now when I was just doing my work on the first day I realised that I was not even able complete 50 resumes in one day and it very much hectic and told them that I want to withdraw my consent and the harsh reality of their unjust means of work was exposed!
