- I just found that they have similar kind of complaints from many others.
- They have my Email id, Contact number and Aadhaar Details.
- I am concerned about the things they could do with my details.
- I have looked up on the consumercomplaintscourt.com for similar cases and found out that they call and threaten people for money with that agreement.
- This is a similar agreement that I received, the only thing being is the name of the company is different.
- Sir Please look into the matter and please help me out on this one. They took Rs. 30, 000 from me by threatening to file a Court case.
I am facing a similar situation right now. The person has Adhaar detail, mobile number and email ID. He is threatening to file a case against me when all we had a telephonic conversation regarding the job. I haven’t signed any agreement. I’ve been getting mails from some advocate associate firm and lawyer is S B Deshmukh. What kind of scam is this? I saw many complaints against the same person who represents different companies. A strict action has to be taken against them. Please help.
