DEAR SIR
I HAVE PURCHASED A NOISE COMBO PRODUCT WHICH IS ON SALE ON FACEBOOK ON COD BY DELHIVERY, WHEN THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME I WAS VERY EXCITED TO OPEN IT, BUT WHEN I DID I GOT THE FALSE PRODUCT WITH A REGULAR WATCH FROM THE SELLER AND ITS WITH WITHOUT BILL AND GST DETAILS, WEBSITE SHOWN IN FACEBOOK IS WWW.GETBIGOFFERS.IN WHERE AS THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE BELONGS TO VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE.

BY YESTERDAY DELHIVERY IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THAT PRODUCT NOW THE NUMBER WHICH I GOT IN MY MESSAGE BOX IS NOT CONNECTING.

I HAVE PAID 2000/- INR IN CASH, WHILE WHEN I SEARCHED TRENDZ TRACKING NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE IT DOSNT SHOW ME, SELLER DETAILS IS ONLY SHOWING ME TRENDZ NOTHING ELSE NO ADDRESS, NO CONTACT DETAILS NOTHING.

WHEN I GET THE RANDOM NUMBERS ON GOOGLE FOR EKART THEY ARE ASKING MY DEBIT CARD DETAILS WITH CVV PIN ALSO THEY ASKED ME TO DOWNLOAD REMOTE DESKTOP IN MY MOBILE TO CONNECT HIS COMPUTER DIRECTLY. WHICH IS A FRAUD
