I had ordered 2 Cargo Pants from this online store called Brand Fushion (Faction Hut). The product was delivered to me via Shiprocket through Ekart Delivery Executive Person. As it was COD I handed the cash to the Delivery Executive and asked him to wait while I check the product however he received to do so and very abruptly ran away from there. I have been given old spoilt stained jeans instead of the original product I ordered. There is no customer helpline or cooperation from either the Seller or Deliver Partner. The Delivery Executive was rude and mannerless he has refused to pick up calls.
