On 5th September, I placed an order of 2 cargos pants worth Rs.899 from a website named as fastlanetracks.shop . (https://fastlanetracks.shop/ ) .And today ,on 10th September I received my parcel but in that instead of 2 jeans , there was a torn piece of cloth. I tried to contact them by the contact number provided on the parcel but it doesn’t exist. When I was placing the order there was an option for free returns but when Today I tried to return the item , the option was not available. (9643502111) this number was mentioned on the parcel.
