I bought one wireless headphone, name written on the headphone was bose which was Rs 1699, after adding shipping charge of Rs 100, I bought it for Rs 1799. But after receiving it was totally a different product, and it was wired earphone as well. the earphone did not have any name on it. helpline had no valid mail id or phone number. one mail id I found which is “mishraravi4323@gmail.com”, but that guy is not replying. the packing had no name of the company of the product. the packing was provided in a watch box. It is totally a case of online fraud. please do the needfull, please, I want the refund of the same product. I have uploaded the ordered product and received product images. please do the needfull. the order was placed from site wirelessbass.com, with order id-20712.
