Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered Cadbury Choco Chips on 21st August Morning but I received damaged products , then I informed Swiggy about the same but got no proper resolution for compensation for the same

It occurred on: 21/08/2022

I would like swiggy to please refund the amount of the product and solve the issue as soon as possible

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
