I’ve booked a flight ticket through travolook.in twice 1st. Booking amount was 4723 & 2nd. Booking amount was 5063 on 18th April 2021. The payment was successfully made, After 2min I got an email & call from travolook support i.e. support@travolook.in stating that my booking has been canceled due to some technical error, your payment will be refunded within 10-15 days. I tried contacting the “travolook” support and customer care several times in the last 2 months they are simply telling me to wait for the next 7 days as usual. But now it’s been more then 2 month they have not initiated my refund. I want a refund of Rs.5063 & 4723 Rs. There is a lot of people who face the same Scam.
