I am Ashish kumar chaubey a victim of the fraud incidence happened on 21 May 2020 through OLX app.

I wanted to purchase vehicle and searched over OLX, where I found 3-4 vehicles and I quoted my price, I found HF Deluxe for 22000 on “Amit Kumar“. I got message on OLX to call and chat whatsup on 9351132404. The person Amit Kumar was telling himself as a Army man. So I started chatting and talking with full respect and politefull manner., I quoted 19000 and deal was fixed.

First of all he asked to pay initial amount on his army office(Named –Vikas Patel who was jis senior) google pay number 7691001308. With amount 1021 to dispatch vehicle. He asked me address and ID proof as adhaar which I sent him. He also sent me his Army Canteen ID, Adhaar card, which I believed as a valid identity of seller and I sent amount.

After that the next morning the delivery person contacted(mob-8723837655) for the half amount payment as he was unable to deliver without log in which was as per army terms . So I contacted ‘Amit Kumar’ and confirmed the situation,he handed over the phone to his senior (Vikas Patel) and he stated that its system to pay half amount to do login in order to deliver vehicle and then i paid half amount 8500.Again few moment later they contacted me to pay full amount in order to deliver the vehicle as transporter was on the way and had all necessary documents with him . So i have to pay full amount. I was totally lost what to do at that moment as they all were calling to pay money and get vehiclke delivered as it was on the way otherwise both will be stucked.So I paid another 9500 to them to get the vehicle delivered.

After few minutes, delivery man again called and started demanding insurance amount to fulfill procedure, I contacted Vikas and asked for it and he was talking please pay amount 1150 for insurance and it will be refunded by delivery person on product delivery. I was assured and told to pay.

I recognize that I got trapped and cought in fraud case and i started refusing the delivery and to refund me my paid amount. In reply from Vikas & Amit stated that you have to pay 11500 then only vehicle will be delivered otherwise your money will be stucked in army fund.

I searched a lot on internet and found already complaints on the name Vikas Patel for different fraud cases regarding OLX sell.

Please help me to get my amount 19021 in fraud and blackmailing.

Their phone numbers are active now also kindly catch this persons as soon as possible.
