I mistakenly downloaded a app “extreme wallet” from Play Store. Then after a minimum verification such my bank details, aadhar card etc, they deposited Rs.10000. to my account. This incident took place on 31st October 2022. In the app the amount to be repaid was 18803 before 8th November 2022. I contacted their customer care number through which, the so called representative gave me a UPI I’d and told to refund 10000 in that I’d. And I did the same. Even after this, calls are coming all over the world to repay the amount. They are even sending whatsapp messages, blackmailing me that they would upload my family photos, especially my wife’s photo in the social platform. I have also registered complaint in the cyber crime online. Please ? register my complaint and take appropriate action. Thanks.
