Hi, this is ashwini pillalamarri from Hyderabad. I have ordered artificial jewelry from online company called Ethnic cube and paid sum of 5,951 on 7th December 2020 with order number 6380. Till now there is no response from the ethnic cube company, and i have mailed them many times but no response. I have not received the order nor the tracking status. Kindly look into the issue and solve my case at the earliest.
