Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Santosh Kumar Dash, I have joined Advanced Certification in Cloud Computing E & ICT Academy,
IIT Kanpur & Edureka. I have given an interview pay of INR 350 and selected for the course with a
discount of INR 60000. The total program cost is INR 2,32,460 (Including GST). I have paid INR 30000 on
July 31st 2020 is an down-payment and remaining INR 142460 I took education loan Loan application ID
: 946F5653E984 from Zest money(arranged by Edureka) with 12 month EMI. I have started the class for
4 months and stopped learning because of the worst quality education. They informed us to provide IIT
professor for classes but all the faculty provided are only professional teacher. The standard of education
is less standard than Udemy or another online self-paced course. Because of that I have stopped the
education and request both zest money and Edureka to stop my EMI. But no luck. I have sent email
multiple time but they have denied to stop my course.
I have not taken the course, paid a total amount of INR 82000. Took loan from zest money of INR 142460.
Now zest money team is harassing me to pay the money at any cost. And Edureka denied to return my
money. I have stopped paying EMI and my cibil score got smashed. Because of this I am not able to apply
for any other loan in the crucial period.
I will try to provide all the evidence as my level best. If any other document required please reply back me.
Hence, I’d like to request you to help me getting back my money as well as my cibil score. It will be a great
help for me.
