I have placed a remote order for Tata play set box on the website (dthott.com) on 4th of September and I have also paid Rs 300 online but till now my order has not been dispatched or I have sent a request for refund. I have not received any response till now but today I logged in my account on their website, I am still not logged in or my order number is 33551 please help me. thank you
