I made an online deposit of 5000 INR to my Astropay wallet for which the transaction was successful on the bank side but the money is not credited to my astropay wallet and now it’s been more than 4 days approximately and Astropay is denying my transaction with no responses to my emails and messages in last 72 hours, however they also have marked my transaction of 5000 INR in Astropay app to Expired which means there is no update on my money that is debited from my bank account. Request legal and strict action against these types of online frauds
