I applied for online job in many websites like LinkedIn Quikr etc.
Where this one person contacted me through watsapp and told me that I’ll have the job of typing and get paid
Asked me for my aadhar card dets and signature and photo
I sent them and started to work after two days I was not feeling well and i couldn’t finish the job
Then on the 6th day I got ah call from a person who was very poor in English claiming that I failed to do the job so I have to pay 12000 within 5 minutes or I’ll be dragged to court.
Suddenly he stated that he will fax my dete to the nearest police station and sent to correct police station address near me
I was scared seeing the address
And then he threatened me to come to court with my parents and it would cost 2.7 lacks if we proceed
I was afraid and asked a male friends help and I asked him to speak to him
When my frnd asked certain questions like company name lawyer name his address his registation number or I’d his council name.
After that neither I received any texts nor any mails
