I was looking for work from home on shine.com , naukri.com I applied on various home based job and one day I got call from personal job solutions and they told about form filling of resume and they never told me about the penalty thing also I asked that how much column are there in one form they told max.20 columns per form after that I agree to work and I see that there are 35 to 38 column per form they gave 500 form to fill in 5 days and if not completed than have to pay 5500 + gst + some change although I was not able to complete the task they are asking me to pay portal charges I.e. 5500 + gst +additional charges and threatening me to pay or we will file case against you in noida Aldo the agreement is one sided please suggest me what to do in this situation!? I am uploading work agreement pdf for the same in defective product please check it and suggest me what to do?
