I Ordered for Rs.956/- and Shipping charges Rs.58/- on 16 July 2023 in CharmingFashions.com website. I received email stating that order is confirmed. But products were not delivered, enquired thru email , they provided a mobile number customer care 7501069429. he said your address is wrong so not able to dispatch. then asked for refund for that he asked our CC details including validity and CVV. When we told that asking CVV is not good practice, immediately he switched off the mobile. Payment happened thru PayU
