This is the issue with the online business portal.
Sir, This is G. Shankar reddy. I booked an order through bookmytab online portal and paid money in advance against order no.1379429227 on 11th August, 2020. I got the product package on 17th August, 2020. But the problem is they delivered the wrong model which was not choosen by me and more over it is not working even after charging for 1 hour. It just blink and stop. And the product is looking like used product with scratches on screen and body which is very ugly. The major issue with this portal is, there is no order tracking option and contact details. Really hectic to see these sort of websites. I request all states and central government’s to keep these sort of companies into right track by imposing strict terms and conditions to support consumer. … Pls., Look into this and do needful… It seems to be like cheating public.
