I have booked a cab online from Bangalore airport to my hotel within Bangalore city but no cab was provided to me inspite of. Paying for the booking on 13 th August at 6 pm
No driver details or cab details was provided to me at the stipulated time
I took my own cab
Looking for my refund
And ironically I have recived the receipt from mega cabs
