Had booked one ticket on 06.06.2022 on Air India flight, sector: Mumbai-Bangalore through travelook.in, immediately after deducting the amount of Rs. 6193.00, I received a msg on my mail saying that the booking is cancelled and the amount will be refunded in next 7-10 working days. However it’s been 4 months and even after repeated calls and emails, I still get a standard reply that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days but nothing happens.
Please assist.
