I have ordered one onion capsicum pizza , it was stale food not baked properly then I gave it to hotel staff to baked again but unfortunately it smell like burnt food , same I complaint to hotel staff he denied to exchange and not refund my amount . I would like to request you that kindly refund my amount . We are regular customer of this restaurant but one of his staff treat like stranger and very rude to us his name is Mr . Mahendra .
