Text of Complaint by Milan Goel:

I had purchased a washing machine in 2020 and since that day I have been facing issues with the product.
I raised multiple complaint from Day 1 and old issues did not solve and new issues came in the product. I have raised a complaint a couple of months back, but it did solve till now. I spoke to the engineer and he said that he has done his best now and the item is not repairable. I will send the same notification to Jeevas(partner of flipkart service centre) on the ticket.

I dont know why the process of refund is not initiated till now.

I need a full refund for the washing machine and I dont need repair of this washing machine now.
I spoke to the engineer multiple times and have all call recordings. Please find the attached call recordings where we has accepted that item is not repairable now (Call recording 8445832204_230407_133009).
