We have bought onida AC 11 months back we have 1 year warranty, for free AC service and repair we called customer support onida . They have assigned ticket but no one is contacting us nor resloving the issue instead of that they are closing the ticket .I have been calling 15 times no one is responding ticket details raised on april 21 2023
