I had purchased Onida washing machine from Flipkart on March 11th 2023. After 3 days of purchase , had seen that there is leakage in rear side of washing machine. Service executive had visited before 20th March 2023 , he took the picture of the spare part and informed us that the spare part has to be replaced. Contacted Onida customer care number after 2 weeks and Flipkart customer care multiple times . After repeated follow ups and multiple emails, I received a complaint number from the Onida customer care. After the complaint number was raised, service executive visited my place again , took the picture again and the same was informed to us ( spare part has to be replaced and it will be rectified in 2 weeks). After 2 weeks , Onida customer care had closed the ticket without rectifying. When contacted the Onida customer care, they are not aware of the spare part issue and after conversation with the customer care, came to know that there is no interaction between the service engineer and customer care.
Now I am very much clear that I am wasting my time calling the Onida customer care where they are clueless on the issues.
They are not confirming on the spare part or neither I am not getting any update on the estimate time on when the issue will be resolved.
