I have subscribed for LPG cylinder 6 month package with full payment made. I received cylinder only for 1st installment. Now iam not able to book cylinder for subsequent months. They are not even responding to queries through emails. Customer support is inactive.
Whom should I contact to get this fixed. I believe most of them have registered here for one or the other subscription and been fooled. Can someone direct me to raise a complaint so that necessary action is taken if the owners are involved in fraudulent.

Thank you Varun. I apologise for not going through the terms and conditions before subscription. I was expecting instant response when I contacted customer support and there were no clear communication regarding glitch in the application. Due to delay in response I had to take this step.
