Hi,
This is the PRIORITY base complaint and I need your help, I have ordered Oneplus Y1 100cm 40 inch Tv on Flipkart in big billion day sale on 23rd sept 2022 and got installed next following day that is on 24th sept. I had placed my product return on 6th oct 2022 within the return policy of Flipkart and it got cancelled without any resolution. Again I reopened and asked for resolution, but got closed mentioning issue resolved but not yet from my end. Again with the help of Escalation team I have placed return on 8th oct 2022, and I had followed up with Flipkart multiple times, they given the date like by 11th oct they will resolve the issue, they dropped me a msg that we cannot able to help you at this time please wait for one more day, I just waited with my patience and called next day, they repeated the same, again I called and FU,d up, but not resolution received. They directly closed the ticket stating that they have “resolved my issue by troubleshooting” they even not reached to me via email or phone. How cum they troubleshooted and resolved my issue ? This is my last warning to you Flipkart. If my TV not got replaced I will file a consumer case against you in police station.
I have requested call requests upto 40 to 50 times. No resolution or proper response provided by each of agents.
I will collect all my recording which I have spiked with you and you spoked with me, along with the TV issues video and will place complaint in POLICE STATION.
Flipkart is worst process and people are making money by scamming frauding demanding the people.
