I had the green line issue on OnePlus 8. I had zero scratches or damages on phone. I was denied a free screen replacement reason being the phone was over 3 years. How am I responsible for this? I had no disclaimer during my purchase and continued my update since then. I wasn’t even warned during my last update about the green line issue. Please explain to me how your 3 year policy is justified in this situation.
