Text of Complaint by SRI RAMA GOPAL KARRI:

I ordered my TV on : 27th June 2021
I received on : 2nd July 2021
Installed on : 4th July 2021 (Person who came for installation is very irresponsible, he just mentioned there is a problem in your tv, contact customer care. He is the one who has to raise the complaint to OnePlus.)
Complaint raised on : 5th July 2021
Service Engineer contacted : 6th July 2021. (Engineer contacted by phone and enquired about the problem and asked me to send photos of TV, Serial number and photos of tv box. When I called the Service Engineer on 8th July 2021, he connected me to his manager and he was very rude and said my TV will be replaced only after 15 days and then they officially submitted the report on 8th July 2021.)
Replacement request Approved : 10th July 2021.

Since then there have been no updates from OnePlus. Every time I call customer care they keep on replying it will take 10 to 15 days. It has been more than 20 since my complaint is raised with OnePlus and it is more than 15 days form my replacement approval, but there is no replacement.

I have been calling customer care and asking for the refund, so that I can go for another brand in local market. They are saying there will be no refund. and at the same time they are not replacing my tv.

I want refund.
