I have not paid full due for Feb bill, hence the interest was charged on mar bill. I have paid the full bill well within the due date, however i have been charged interest on April bill & again repeated interest on May bill.

When asked, onecard service agent mention, I”ll be charged interest because i have not paid the interest accumulated after bill is generated.

This is contradicting with the bill statement which clearly states, pay the due amount fully to avoid the charges. I have used other creditcards like HDFC & CITI, it never happened like this.
