Dear concern,
I had ordered a Sony wireless headphone with Bose wirless earbuds and price paid is Rd.1699.
Order number is-Order#2140
It delivered via delhivery and AWB number is-109146127232.
I found the product received by me is a simple headphone use to listen music only and in very worst condition.
I found no contact number to contact them.
I only have two mail id of them.
1.mahamai2019@gmail.com-printed on the pack.
2. cartswatch@gmail.com- ordered confirmation received from.
I found lots of similar kind of complain already lodged.request you to look into and take necessary step against the fraud so that they can atleast stop doing such fraudulent activities.

I ordered same from the above company and the product was missing. There is contact number where I can reach for replacement. I have dropped email to them several times but no response from them.

which mentioned two products I got only one and that too is not working. I have paid the amount as well and have asked several times for refund no response from them.
