I have order zebronics Gaming multimedia USB Keyboard and mouse online though one21store.com and full payment through paytm and payment accepted RETAIL DOMESTIC PT, MUMBAI, IND Amount, payment amount of Rupess 399, but still now product are not delivered please help refund my money as soon as possible

I have orderd the air cooler on 8 April 2022 i.e Bajaj Platini PX97 Torque 36 Liter Personal air cooler X1. But after payment done through credit card , i did not receive the order book confirmation or never any message. so i have doubt & i checked to call to the customer care on number & mail aslo but any respond yet. this is the totaly fake side i lost my Amount 2000 rs . plz take action for this fraud people
Till i dd not receved the product or did not receive my amount 2000 Rs against order. please help me asap refund my whole amount or send my product urgently.
