One world telecoms is deducting R97 from my account and they promised to loan me, i didnt receive any money from them but they are deducting R97

I was ones called by one world company pty ltd. They confirmed to offer a contract cell phones. They deducted R97 for 3 three months now but still nothing to deliver.
