The one world telecommunications called last year with the intention of offering me a mobile phone contract. They asked a few questions and my bank account information to check if I qualify. They signed me up for a medical aid with 1st health without my consent. They have been debiting my account from 2023 February to date. I’ve sent a cancellation email request but they never responded. I call them almost everyday they never pick up their line. They are constantly debiting R95 every month and I do not know what to do anymore.
