Sir my current location is chennai and my home town is majri, Maharashtra. One day I ordered one shoes and one Sony Bluetooth worth 1399 rs from Flipkart then 3rd aprail my product reached but by mistake is goes in my home town majri that time I told delivery boy ‘pls take back’ he said it is not possible u take now tomorrow u can return it i told ok then I told my family to take it then I did return request tomorrow 4th aprail delivery boy came and take back but after some days my shoes money return but after one week I’m wait but my Bluetooth money not received then I call many times to flipkart customer support i told everything he said ok after 2days u received call by our executive but problem not solve after one month flipkart raise hands and told your Bluetooth return request not accepted so I’m unable to help u i don’t know who’s person u give ur Bluetooth, i ask i know it’s my fault but your delivery boy experience person he don’t know without return approved how he take that Bluetooth. Flipkart says contact ur nearest ekart hub so that day and today I’m everday try ekart hub no. Im tryied more numbers but no one can recieve and some numbers not reached. I just want my product i hope my nearest hub he has keep my parcel but if keep or return not approved then ekart responsible for return my product to that box given address.
