Hello,
I have placed an order for 2 video games OD429058675694166100. And i have only received one product that was also broken and obe was missing. I have called customer care they are saying that return is not possible and they have raised a request for refund but i was out of town due to which i couldn’t upload documents and they have rejected the refund. I want my refund as the item was broken and one was missing. I have tried connecting with customer care but they are keep on saying that refund will not be provided.
