Text of Complaint by Dr Shashi Paul:

I have chosen for online pickup and drop services to for repair/replacement of my one plus earphone (one plus bullets wireless z edition)which was in warranty period.Same was picked up on 29.10.2022 within one day after initiating the request via one plus care app….till today I have not received my product…During this Called multiple times to OnePlus customer care service and all they have to say is to wait for few more days because there is some issue in my adress pincode…f
