One out of the three connections taken from Tata Sky is perpetually down for the last month and despite the technicians visits or replacement of parts has not helped in reviving the viewing. Its hard time that Tata Sky should send a competent technician to rectify the fault and reimburse the cost of parts replaced and subscription charges for non-availability of services due to Tata Sky. Pls confirm.

One of the three connections – not working and no competent technician is able to rectify the fault despite changing the parts. Services not utilised for the past month and the refund on replaced part with immediate resolution is needed.
