• I have booked 2 orders with same mobile number through Zomato app, one order get delivered reference number 1021145421, other one not delivered reference number 1596161499, they simply said your mobile number not reachable, if my number not reachable how can other one get delivered, one more in navigation and adaddre it is clearly shown my apartment and room number, but they are not following, why they are taking complete address, I went to restaurant and ask my order they said we are not gave parcel to you, said zomato  not paying amount to  this order, I mailed to zomato they simply said if customer is unresponsive our policy said cacellacance charges equal to order charges, they are not provided cancellation charges and any policies, pls look into this register complaint against Zomato. They are not provided any customer care number also.
