Hi, this is Rahul Dubey.

I had lent an amount of ₹5,000 to an individual named Azad Khan on July 2nd, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not returned the money and continues to delay repayment. When I asked him again recently, he responded by saying that he would return the money only when a formal complaint is raised, which leads me to believe he is engaging in fraudulent behavior and he was not done the fraud with me

Additionally, I have evidence, including call recordings and a Google Pay transaction screenshot, that supports my claim. When confronted, he also used inappropriate and vulgar language.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this matter and seek further assistance.
